1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("user" or "you") and City Car Ajmer ("we," "us" or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our transportation booking systems and website (citycarajmer.in). We are a registered enterprise in Ajmer, Rajasthan under MSME Registration Number: UDYAM-RJ-01-0154571.

2. Services Rendered

City Car Ajmer provides premium taxi, cab, outstation travels, sightseeing, and corporate point-to-point transit services. By booking a ride with us via our web application, phone channels, or associated mobile app variants, you agree to provide true, accurate, and contemporary coordinates regarding your identity, phone number, pickup coordinates, and target destination details.

3. Payments, Tolls, & Fare Policy

Fares are dynamically or statically estimated based on route distances, category of vehicle selected (Sedan, SUV, Luxury Tempo Travellers), and specific timeline requirements. Fares specified during booking estimates exclude unexpected state tolls, highway levies, parking fees, or specific interstate crossing charges unless cleanly specified upfront. Users agree to complete online processing or direct dashboard payments cleanly upon trip completion.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintaining a streamlined framework for cancellations and refund rollouts to establish mutual trust:

Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup window without incurring any penalty or cancellation deductions.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations completed within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup window may attract a nominal localized tracking/holding fee depending on driver dispatch states.
Refund Fulfillments: If a trip is prepaid online and successfully cancelled within our policy guidelines, the complete source amount will be reversed. All authentic refund amounts will be cleanly initialized and settled back to your source account (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/NetBanking) within 5 to 7 working days in strict accordance with payment gateway cycles.

5. User Conduct & Safety Guidelines

Passengers must ensure basic decorum throughout the transition timeframe. Hazardous materials, contraband items, and excessive baggage that compromises vehicular balance configurations are explicitly forbidden under regional structural carriage guidelines in Rajasthan.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maximize structural metrics to align dispatch timings perfectly with passenger intents, City Car Ajmer will not be held structurally liable for unpredictable delays stemming from severe climatic disruptions, ongoing route constructions, unexpected road blockages, or technical engine anomalies mid-route.
