By using citycarajmer.in or booking a vehicle with our dispatch center, you agree to comply with the transportation laws of the State of Rajasthan and the terms set forth by City Car Ajmer management.

1. Nature of Service

City Car Ajmer provides a Utility-Based Transport Solution. Our website is a functional tool for booking taxis, calculating airport transfer fares, and accessing regional travel logistics. We are a verified transportation business service (MSME UDYAM-RJ-01-0154571).

2. Booking Integrity & Fare Estimates

All fare estimates generated by our system are based on Point-to-Point Data. While we strive for accuracy, final fares may be subject to government-mandated toll increases, state border taxes, and parking fees at airports. Bookings are confirmed only after a digital or telephonic verification from our Ajmer office.

3. Limitation of Liability

City Car Ajmer shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure, including heavy traffic, Rajasthan government roadblocks, or extreme weather conditions.
